Section 83
Approval to issue debentures and financial instruments
(1) Commercial banks and financial institutions shall obtain the prior approval of the bank while issuing any type of debentures or financial instruments. (2) When giving approval as per sub-section (1), the bank may prescribe necessary conditions and it is the duty of the concerned commercial banks and financial institutions to comply with such conditions. will be
